ballhandling, proper shooting form, etc.

you really want to be good you have to work
at it. We make sure each our players
understand that concept.
Work at GAME SPEED through each workout.
Game Speed = Court Time
Half Speed = Bench Time
NO EXCUSES, take control of your own
basketball career, don't blame others
for any lack of success.

Feel The Pain... Its going to hurt one way
or another. Would you rather feel the
pain of being exhausted during training, or
feel the pain of watching games while
sitting on the bench. Each player must
make that choice.
