Audrey Dotson (Vogues 17U) was named an AAU All American as she helped lead her team to a 5th place finish.

Kelly Koshuta and the Fairfax Stars 13U wins AAU Nationals

Aaron Young, Skye Johnson and Team Takeover 15U wins Big Shots with Aaron collecting Tournament MVP Honors.

Taylor McHugh, Daniel Noe, Malcolm Smith and Team Takeover 14U finished 7th at AAU Nationals.

Vernon 57: Sr. Adam Fridy helped to lead the Chargers into the Northern Region Finals with the win.  Fridy finished with 16pts and 7rebs, and Jr. John Manning had a game changing 12 blocked shots to go with his 11 pts and 7rebs.  They will face Langley in the Finals on Monday 8pm at Robinson. >Wash Post Article

W. Springfield 56, Edison: Sr. Mel Todd's defensive stand holding Northern Region Player of the Year Myisha Goodwin to 6pts and helping her team advance to the Monday 6pm Finals.  April Robinson finished with a game high of 26pts and Logan Battle with 14.  >Wash Post Article

 

 

Chantilly 63, W. Potomac 51: Jr. John Manning had 11pts, 8 blks, 10 rebs as the Chargers advanced to the AAA Northern Region semifinals. Chantilly's Adam Fridy was 5 of 7 from three-point range and had a game-high 21 pts. Chantilly will face Mt. Vernon on Saturday 5pm at Robinson with a state tournament berth on the line.

W. Springfield 57, Chantilly 38: Jr. Jordan Miller led the Spartans with 15 pts and Sr. Mel Todd had 11 pts to advance to the AAA Northern Region semifinals.  They will face Edison on Saturday 1pm at Robinson.
